Derrick Maurice Sanderson

Derrick is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio. Since moving to Boston his art has debuted in SOWA in 2012 and he continues to show his art in both Boston and now in Mexico. As a child, he was always creative and intrigued by the Arts. Derrick attended and graduated from The Art Advertising Academy of Cincinnati.

"Incorporated in my paintings are my interest in the fine arts, my love for detail and my fascination with abstracts. The vivid color and shapes I utilize speaks to the inner, child-like soul in us all.

I specialize in abstracts, all original paintings and drawings. My medium choices include pencil, watercolor, acrylic and pastels. Feel free to speak to me about my work and commissions".
